First Gospel Art International Festival took place in Havana, Cuba, by Urban Family Music Project and sponsored by AHS (Hermanos Saiz Asociation after its initials in Spanish). This event was celebrated with the participation of Christian artists from Havana, Villa Clara and Granma Cuban provinces. Also artists from Dominican Republic and the United States; all of them belongn to the record label Legacy Production House via online. Director of record label Legacy Production House Marla Sabatear also participated via online.

This festival includes concerts, performances, visual arts and caricature exhibitions, books launching, talks, dance and music production workshops, talks on projects managment and financial managment, childremn activities, community actions. As part of the event, a craft fair by local proyect Ebenezer Alas de Mariposa also carried out.

Zadkiel KBN, a leader of the Urban Family Music Proyect talked about expectations for this first Festival. “We wish that this festival turns into a creative and interactive space for the gospel artists to have the posibility to promote and make their artistic creation posible. The Cuban Christian artists have no a space for they to show their talento ut of their congregations. We aimed at establishing a link and working collaborations”.

The event organizer also said: “We are very pleased with this new opportunity and confidence of our work. We are grateful to the AHS for making our dream come true and for promoting this artistic movement that is part of the Cuban culture. This way, we also can bring faith, love, and hope to the community amid a context that requires everyone's resilience and creativity to serve and be a blessing to society”.
